Our History
Founded in 2020 by Urbain GBEOU and Mahugnon Boris DEDO, LCB CORPORATION was born from a clear ambition: to enhance the ancestral know-how of women shea butter processors while modernizing practices to eliminate laborious work. In just five years, the company has established itself as a key player in the shea butter sector, combining organic quality, regional expansion, and sustainable innovation.

Our Vision
By 2030, LCB CORPORATION aspires to become an internationally recognized leader for its ability to transform almonds and shea butter into high-quality finished products and ingredients. We prioritize naturalness, innovation, and positive socio-environmental impact, while guaranteeing consistent excellence in each of our products.
Our ambition is to be the partner of choice for cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and agri-food industries worldwide, relying on a sustainable and traceable value chain, from the plot to the finished product, thus offering reliability, quality, and environmental responsibility to all our customers.
Our Commitments
Product Excellence and Innovation
We will no longer be just a processor, but a center for applied research and innovation. We will develop a wide range of value-added products (certified shea butter and derived products from almonds and shea butter).
Supply Sovereignty and Sustainability
We will master an integrated, ethical, and traceable supply chain. We will establish fair partnerships with women's shea butter producer cooperatives and almond traders, guaranteeing fair prices and promoting agroecological practices. Goal: 100% sustainable and traceable sourcing.
Local Socio-Economic Impact and CSR
The LCB brand is committed to women's empowerment and local development. Training and equipment for collectors and processors, creation of processing centers, schooling programs and access to healthcare in our sourcing areas to generate more local added value.
Environmental and Industrial Leadership
Our industrial tool will be a model of eco-efficiency: renewable energy (biomass, solar), zero waste management via circular economy, valorization of co-products (almond shells, shea cake), and 40% reduction in water consumption thanks to recycling technologies and optimized processes.
Our Partners
We collaborate with cooperatives, local producers, strategic and financial partners, as well as individuals across Africa, creating a network of partners who share our values of authenticity and sustainability.
